We arrived to check out a car we had seen online and the service was excellent from our first phone call. We were met by Jonathan Smith and offered our test drive, he spoke to us about what we wanted and our budget and was never pushy. He listened and got us a great deal on a better car than we originally looked to purchase. He went well above and beyond, even keeping in touch with us on his day off! Superb service from start to finish, cannot recommend Westway and Jonathan enough!

Well what can I say what a bunch of lovely people. I called up to speek about a mobility car I was transferred and Spoken to Derek took it in hand over the phone less than two week yes 2 weeks ( may be longer depending what you wanT) HE got this In for me and on pick up I walk In with an amazing warm welcome from the reception and offered a drink to my amazement that's my car in the show room (drive it out) then when I was in to seeing everyone and signing was welcome to meet the parts service and main management it was a really good experience and it was a warm welcome feeling I wish i went to them before. Also it was nice with follow up call the next day to see how you getting on with the car If your a mobility customer don't go no where else the west way nissan Stourbridge

Don’t deal with George at the Brierley Hill branch. Extremely rude when I asked a very reasonable question and clearly doesn’t see himself as the ‘face’ of Nissan and had a ‘not my problem’ attitude. What today’s service has strengthened my resolve on is to trade my car in for another one ASAP. And it definitely WILL NOT be a Nissan!

We have visited this dealership a couple of times to look at the new Ariya. When the car actually arrived we went to view it with the intention of ordering one, but, as usual every time we've visited this dealership, all of the salespeople were in the offices, not one person was out the front to help. This has to be the worst dealership I have ever encounterd, offering a terrible service. Another customer in front of me also got fed up with waiting to speak to someone and also left.. I have arranged an appointment at another dealership to buy my car because i would rather travel further to get better service.

Very nice experience. Receptionist was very welcoming. Tasty hot chocolate, nice cars And Derrick was super helpful! Superb Service on First Visit - Christian Daffurn, the After Sales Manager was unbelievably helpful 5 stars. On my 4th x-trail but had problems with central console rebooting and keys disconnecting from system, 1 hr on the phone yesterday explaining issues and taking me through it and 1 hr at West Way today and all resolved brilliantly. All staff very courteous and restored my faith in dealerships. Superb and many thanks.

Always a pleasure visiting West Way and in particular Claire. This is my fourth Nissan Juke and my third experience of Claire's excellent customer service. Claire keeps me updated throughout my car purchasing journey, updating me either by phone, text or email so that I know what is happening every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble and never once have I felt pressurised to decide on a car there and then, Claire takes me through everything and always gives me time to think things over. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The amazing level of customer service is just outstanding. I have now bought 4 Nissan cars from Westway and each time it has been a super easy purchase with exceptional service. Even the sales staff knowledge is just so good. If they don’t know the answer, you can bet your bottom dollar, they find out and give you accurate information. I had the unfortunate experience of going to a non Nissan dealer in Bromsgrove which is how I ended up in Stourbridge. So glad I did. I would never go anywhere else now.

I got to Nissan Stourbridge , and the service was amazing , George went above and beyond for me , he got my car battery booked in to be changed , and they also managed to do my Mot a week early to save me going back next week . Popped in today, by brief recommendation, as my Nissan car key was not working, to open/lock my car. Greeted by very friendly receptionist, who put me at ease straight away, guessed the problem, new battery needed, sat and waited about 5 mins. Battery replaced, only £5 and working all fine again... (If this is how good I get treated for a battery key replacement, can't wait to win the lotto and come back!) :) Thank you.

My Nissan leaf been in and parts apparently ordered for work to be done, its been well over a month every time I call, I get told someone will call me back. Absolutely diabolical cannot believe this business can exist! First and foremost phoned up regarding a Nissan juke that was advertised on the website for availability! To get there to 44 mins away in a fuel crisis to find out could not release tilll December 21!!! 3 month to wait this is false advertising as the can showed price and mileage that with depreciate with age and extra mileage on the clock as test drive car!! To add to this the finance deal offer was 9.9 percent unbelievable!!!! I’m writing to head office as this practice is in exceptable and will put please off buying Nissan car!!! Please do not use them if you have any sense!!!!

A very modern looking show room bright and light and airy, with helpful staff. Very impressive spare parts section where they will have your order ready for you too collect. A good selection of car colours too choose from a paint sample board on the car display wall. And beverages too drink if you want one. It's best to go on line first too look at the specifications of the vehicle your after before you go so you know what you want and what you're looking for. And ring first too find out if they have the spec vehicle you want so you don't waste a journey. My Overall view and experience is its a good place to go if you're looking for a car or you want a hot coffee or tea👍😎.

Went to view cars today, but shocked how rude the staff were and no customer service what so ever. My husband and I with our 4 year old were ignored by a member of staff outside and then after walking round the cars outside for a while my husband went inside to see if anyone was available to show us a car we were interested in. Stood there being ignored for 5 minutes with not even an acknowledgement, nothing. Also started to rain and still nothing. We left and went to Arnold Clark just a little further down the road where their customer service was excellent and we left buying a £16,000 new car! Don't be so judgemental West Way Nissan Stourbridge and put your staff on some customer service courses!

Bought a car from these guys over a month ago. Part of the deal with Stephen Harris was that the car would be serviced prior to collection, and would come with floor mats. The car was not serviced, and the mats were cheekily removed from the vehicle. They promised to post these, but have not done so. Complained to the manager, Paul Burke, who said he would deal with it - but of course, has not, and the service matter has not been resolved either. A very cheap dealership, that would remove floor mats from the car, and then not provide as promised. To save a couple of quid, they really are cheap low quality dealership. To the ombudsman it is unfortunately. All over a service and floor mats that were not provided - shameful.

Steve Harris was excellent. Could not have asked for more. He secured a good trade in price for my car. I was kept informed on the progress of my purchase regularly. Steve made contact as promised every time. Car prepared to a high standard. Was worth the 4 hour round trip to deal with West Way Nissan Stourbridge. Would use this garage again without hesitation.
