The person dealing with us allowed us to wonder around and take our time to make any decision. They then answered any questions that we may have had, clearly.

Staff were very helpful re arranging for collection of the new car and part-exchange with my previous car. Explained additional services etc such as warranty but not applying pressure to purchase. Very helpful when came to light I did not have the correct V5, ensuring I could proceed with the car purchase. Dani very helpful.

I recently visited Motorpoint in Burnley and I had a great experience! I used the online chat function to get a registration for a vehicle I was interested in, but by the time I had done the quote the car had gone. Kurt was incredibly helpful and arranged for me to come in later that evening to view some other cars. He was incredibly kind, patient and polite. He wasn’t pushy like you expect car salesmen to be. I ended up buying the first car I’d seen on the forecourt and was able to arrange collection for the day after!! The process was seamless, I had everything I needed sent to me via email and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I collected the car and went on my way. Upon noticing the rear wiper made an awful sound and didn’t clear the window, I quickly got back in touch with Kurt. He arranged for a colleague from customer service to get in touch with me, who did and sent out a replacement wiper free of charge! The new wiper is brilliant and fixed the issue completely. I cannot fault the service I received from Kurt, thank you!

Overall good service. Pity I missed a chip in the windscreen and that there wasn't more honesty from the Team at Castleford who must have seen the chip. When I went back I was told tough luck.

Very simple from start to finish. Phone section informative and helpfull. The young lady who got the car out and completed the sale and paperwork was very professional and answered any questions. Also completed my temporary insurance on her tab when my phone could not connect to the app.
