This was the most straight forward car purchase I have ever made. Honest discussion about the car to be purchased and clear understanding and agreement on the trade in vehicle. A full explanation was given about all the paperwork and Road Tax was arranged. All dates and times agreed were met. I have experienced worse treatment from main dealers when buying a new vehicle.

Really genuine dealer - would recommend
I was looking for 5 Series BMW with a specific specification and couldn't find anything locally. Chris had what I was looking for but was a four hour train or car journey from where I live. I would normally be nervous about travelling so far in case the car was not what I wanted but the detailed description and many good photos really helped. A reassuring call with Chris where we talked about the car in detail sealed the deal so I bought a one way train ticket and Chris picked me up from the station. The car is excellent, just as described and I'm delighted with it. I would recommemd.

Car buying the way it should be!
I am not a person who normally writes reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I do not like buying cars and I find it normally an unpleasant experience with the usual haggling games. The experience with Chris has completely changed my views. I was buying a car for my daughter and saw the car on Auto trader and as I was 200 miles away I was hesitant in buying without seeing. However after speaking with Chris I was able to agree a figure, pay a deposit and then set off and collect the car. We had agreed a price first but I was wanting to get rid of my daughters fiesta. I had various offers from car buying sites but Chris came back within the hour with a better offer. We arrived and the car was actually better than what was described everything was spot on. Condition and paperwork perfect. No haggling on the trade in.I would highly recommend Chris and wouldn't have a second thought in buying another car from him. This is what car buying should be like. Chris is a very easy man to deal with. Nonsense approach but lighthearted with it. He prides his reputation and offers cars that match that reputation. The E320 we recently bought was as good as the description. On the test drive Chris noticed a noise that was not right. I have been looking for a Jaguar XK for some time, wanting to part exchange my XF R Sport. I have spent a great deal of time online, checking out many cars and wasn’t sure about getting a convertible or coupe. The iconic shape of the coupe won me over, but I wanted a 2009 or newer model, in black and piano black interior trim. I saw a number I liked and contacted a few dealers, but none were within easy driving range and some were less than trustworthy. However, after a tentative approach, Chris contacted me and with no hard sell gave me an honest appraisal, both of my car and the XK he had for sale. You have to have a lot of trust to drive 130 miles to purchase a car, but Chris was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience was a very pleasant one and put any worries I had to rest. I drove back in the XK and am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
