New Hyundai i20

The i20 stands out with its sharp design aesthetics, as well as having a very spacious cabin, and enough room for plenty of passengers or luggage.

The new Hyundai i20 features a larger grille, narrower angles and clean lines. The cabin is class-leading in terms of space, with generous amounts of head and legroom, as well as an impressive boot; upholstery colours and accents vary according to the exterior paintwork. Elegant both inside and out, the new i20 is a welcome addition to the supermini class.

The engines offer plenty of choice, both in terms of power and fuel efficiency. From the petrol range, the most powerful is the 1.4-litre with 99bhp that can go from 0 to 62mph in 11.6 seconds. The diesels includes both a 1.1-litre and a 1.4-litre. Light steering and minimal body lean around sharp corners make the car good to drive around town, where it can easily handle tighter parking spaces and tricky manoeuvres. The suspension manages to absorb bumps and rougher surfaces well too. Every i20 car comes with a vast range of standard features. The basic S model is equipped with split-folding rear seats, daytime running lights, tinted windows, 15-inch alloy wheels, and cloth upholstery. The S Blue trim is designed with fuel-efficiency in mind and comes with stop-start technology and low-resistance tyres. With the Premium SE car, drivers can expect more luxury with heated front seats and a panoramic sunroof as well as convenient parking sensors.

In terms of low running costs, the S Blue model tops the i20 line-up. It comes with a 74bhp 1.1-litre diesel that returns 88.3mpg, with less than 100g/km of CO2 emissions that make the car exempt from annual road tax. With a high-strength composition offers more protection in a collision, the new i20 also has plenty of standard features to bring peace of mind. Six airbags, electronic stability control, lane-keeping assistance, tyre-pressure monitoring systems and an emergency stop signal are all included as standard.

Perfect for Professionals, Small Families & Couples Stylish and spacious, the new Hyundai i20 is an ideal city car and is suited to the drivers who prefer a compact vehicle that stands out more than many other vehicles in the same class, whilst offering great fuel economy at the same time.
